Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, His Beatitude Sviatoslav met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to Ukraine Elena Leticia Teresa Mikunsky.
The meeting was held at the initiative of the ambassador.
At the request of the representative of Argentina in Ukraine, the Head of the UGCC, His Beatitude Sviatoslav presented his vision of events in Ukraine.
The Primate noted that Ukraine’s contacts with Argentina are important for him, because a large Ukrainian diaspora lives in the Argentine Republic. He also shared his memories of Argentina, where he used to serve as a bishop before his election as Head of Church.
