In the Cathedral of St. Aleksander Bishop Bohdan Dziurakh congratulated Roman Catholics on Nativity of Our Lord

December 24, on the Prefeast of the Nativity of Our Lord according to Gregorian calendar, bishop Bohdan Dziurakh, Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of the UGCC participated in the Hierarchial Divine Liturgy, which, on the occasion of the holiday bishop Vitaliy Krivitskyi, Bishop Ordinary of Kyiv-Zhytomyr Diocese and his Bishop Auxiliary Oleksandr Yazlovetskyi celebrated for Roman catholic community in Kyiv.

At the end of the Liturgy bishop Bohdan on behalf of His Beatitude Sviatoslav, the whole episcopate and believers of the UGCC congratulated brothers and sisters of the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine with Christmas holidays.

“We unite with you in prayer, joy and singing Ukrainian carols, the Gospel, which penetrating the soul of Ukrainians is flowing out today with a heartening glory of Saviour born for the love of us”, commented Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of the UGCC.
